Move, breathe, create, and dance toward your deepest self. Join us this month as we explore the theme "Beyond the Veil". The High Priestess will guide us on a 90 minute journey through meditation, journaling, dancing and creative expression.

About the event
Step into mystery. Move with intuition. Leave transformed.
This is the time of year when the veil is said to be thinnest, allowing more open communication between the material and spiritual realms. Guided by The High Priestess, archetype of the divine feminine and intuition, we’ll move through a nourishing journey of meditation, automatic writing, conscious dance, and creative expression. Together, we’ll explore what lies beyond the veil, connect with guides and guardians, and awaken our own innate psychic senses.
Please bring a water bottle, journal and something to write with. We end practice with a prone (laying down) meditation- a mat is not required but you are welcome to bring one if you'd be more comfortable.
