Finding Flow
Move, breathe, create and dance toward your deepest self
Class Description

Each class centers around a theme inspired by the rhythms of the earth and cosmos — abundance, courage, balance, joy — explored through movement, meditation, tarot, writing, and art. The theme offers a container for our journey, a symbolic landscape through which we move. A tarot card serves as our guide, offering archetypal insight along the way. Music provides a map of the terrain, while the altar serves as both mirror and anchor — a place to return for grounding, reflection, or renewal.

Together, we cultivate a flow state where mind, body, and spirit align. You’ll shed stuck energy, reconnect with your creative spark, and awaken the wisdom of your body in a space that is safe, supportive, and free from judgment. No dance experience needed. All bodies and abilities are welcome.

Class meets from 6:00-7:30 on the 3rd or 4th Wednesday of each month at the Neighborhood Guild in South Kingstown, RI

Finding Flow
Calling in Abundance

Move, breathe, create, and dance toward your deepest self

Tap into the abundant, expansive energy of the mid-summer season, a time when the Earth is in full bloom and creativity flows freely. The Empress, archetype of fertile abundance and empowered receptivity, will guide us through a soul-nourishing journey of meditation, automatic writing, conscious dance, and creative expression.

You’ll explore what abundance means for you — not as something to have, but as a frequency to draw in and become. During this two hour journey, music is the map, an altar is base camp, and intuition is the compass. This is a space to root into gratitude, replenish your energy, and align yourself to the natural flow of giving, receiving and having.

All bodies and abilities are welcome. No dance experience necessary, just an open and curious mind!

What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, journal, item for the altar
