Finding Flow: Compass and Keys

Guided by The Hierophant, this month’s dance invites us to enter the inner temple and listen for the quiet wisdom of the heart. Beneath the noise, expectations, and “shoulds,” there is often a deeper knowing: a North Star quietly calling us toward what is true.

Through inquiry-based practices like meditation, journaling, conscious dance, tarot, and creative expression, we’ll open portals into deeper listening. The body, the breath, the page, the card, the image, and the dance all become doorways back to the wisdom within.

As we listen, we’ll begin to recalibrate the inner compass toward the guidance already living in the heart.
