Finding Flow: Illumination and Clarity

In our third class of the 2026 Flowing with Fire series, we step into the energy of The Sun. January’s Wheel of Fortune reminded us that life is always moving, while February’s Magician revealed our innate creative power. Now, The Sun invites us to show up fully and radiate our authentic light for the benefit of all.

In a world that tries to control us by sowing fear and division, choosing joy is an act of resistance. Freedom and happiness are inner states we can access through play. And what better way to play than to dance and create in a safe, judgment-free space? The Sun also brings clarity. When the landscape is illuminated, we see where we truly stand. We recognize our unique gifts and how they might be offered in service to the collective.

Through guided meditation, conscious dance, and joyful, uninhibited creative expression, we will tend to our inner light and welcome the return of Spring as we approach the vernal equinox. This dance will help you move into the next season with clarity, confidence, and direction. As always, no dance experience is needed. Just a willingness to listen, move, and reconnect with your inner compass.

Finding Flow: A Journey through Practices and Portals

Move, breathe, create, and dance toward your deepest self

Each class centers around a theme inspired by the rhythms of the earth and cosmos — abundance, courage, balance, joy — explored through movement, meditation, tarot, writing, and art. The theme offers a container for our journey, a symbolic landscape through which we move. A tarot card serves as our guide, offering archetypal insight and wisdom along the way. Music provides a map of the terrain, while the altar serves as both mirror and anchor — a place to return for grounding, reflection, or renewal.

Together, we cultivate a flow state where mind, body, and spirit align. You’ll shed stuck energy, reconnect with your creative spark, and awaken the wisdom of your body in a space that is safe, supportive, and free from judgment. No dance experience needed. All bodies and abilities are welcome.
