Finding Flow: Moving with Intention (Guided by the Chariot)
This month’s Finding Flow is guided by The Chariot, a card about intention, direction, and movement.
Through meditation, journaling, conscious dance, and creative expression, we’ll explore what it means to move through life with intention. The chariot is always moving, but we are the Charioteer. We have choice. We have free will. We have the power to return to the body, listen inward, and take responsibility for the direction we are moving.
No tarot or dance experience necessary, just an open mind and heart. All are welcome, come as you are!
