Finding Flow: Turning of the Wheel

In the Tarot, 2026 corresponds to the Wheel of Fortune. This card speaks to the inevitability of change. It asks us to surrender to forces beyond our control while remembering that we are still guided and divinely held. There is movement happening whether we resist it or not, and the question becomes how we choose to meet it.

The transition from 2025 into 2026 feels like a real turning point. A movement from the dark inward journey of the Hermit into the light of day with the Wheel. From feeling our way in the dark to being able to see more clearly. We may not know every detail of where we are headed, but we have a sense of direction now. The work has been done. Time has been spent in the shadows, in the underworld, listening and learning.

In this Finding Flow class, we explore what it means to move with the wheel rather than fight it. How do we flow with the universe? How do we align our own free will with the larger forces at play? How do we stay present and responsive when change is already in motion?

Through guided meditation, intuitive movement, free-form dance, and reflective writing, we will create space to listen for what is emerging and to soften into the next turn of the wheel.

There is nothing to force and nowhere to rush. Just the practice of staying connected as things shift, trusting the timing of your life, and allowing yourself to be carried forward.

Finding Flow: A Journey through Practices and Portals

Each class centers around a theme inspired by the rhythms of the earth and cosmos — abundance, courage, balance, joy — explored through movement, meditation, tarot, writing, and art. The theme offers a container for our journey, a symbolic landscape through which we move. A tarot card serves as our guide, offering archetypal insight and wisdom along the way. Music provides a map of the terrain, while the altar serves as both mirror and anchor — a place to return for grounding, reflection, or renewal.

Together, we cultivate a flow state where mind, body, and spirit align. You’ll shed stuck energy, reconnect with your creative spark, and awaken the wisdom of your body in a space that is safe, supportive, and free from judgment. No dance experience needed. All bodies and abilities are welcome.
