Over the first four months of 2026, Finding Flow will move through a potent energetic arc with a series of classes that explore the constellation of tarot cards guiding the year ahead. Through movement, meditation, and creative expression, we’ll work with the energies that spark change and call us into action, direction, and full expression.

January: Wheel of Fortune 

February: The Magician 

March: The Sun 

April: The Aces (Ace of Wands, Cups, Pentacles and Swords)

Together, these cards form a constellation tied directly to 2026. Each reduces to the number 1—the number of beginnings, initiation, and forward motion. This is not subtle energy. Think spark. Think fire. Think choice, action, and direction.

While each card holds its own unique wisdom, they are deeply interconnected. The Wheel turns. The Magician channels. The Sun illuminates. The Aces open the gates. Taken together, they carry a distinctly active, generative force, inviting us to collaborate with the universe and actively participate in the creation of our own lives.

As always, Finding Flow is an invitation—not to perform or perfect—but to listen, move, and reconnect with your inner compass through music, movement, creativity, and community.
