Ecstatic dance is a free-form, intentional movement practice. There are no steps to follow and no choreography. It is not about performance, looking cool or doing it "right". It's about tuning in, listening to your body and allowing the music to dance you.

In order to create an environment that cultivates presence, we agree to leave the following off dance floor:

• talking

• substances

• technology

• judgement

• touching/dancing with others without their consent

• shoes

Cacao is an ancient, gentle medicine used to open the heart and connect with divine love. Participants will be guided through a ceremonial cacao circle prior to dancing.

Registration

Pre-registration is required! This event is held in the backyard of a private residence. The location will be provided upon registration. Register by purchasing your ticket with a credit card using the "buy tickets" link below. If you prefer to pay via venmo or cash, you must fill out this form.
